Visual content at LoudStand app

All the visual content being displayed to you through the LoudStand app is provided and hosted by third party servers. This visual content includes all the logos or player images presented on the app screens and these are discovered through the help of our browsing engine. This browsing engine autonomously collects the visual content in relation to the clubs and players presented on our mobile app.

By using our browsing engine, it means we do not host, upload, store or index any visual material in our app or in our servers. When launching LoudStand app through the icon presented in your mobile phone home screen, you are automatically moved to a third party hosted website (the location of where the
 visual content is hosted is described of the host in the LoudStand app) and any visual content being displayed to you on a third party hosted website is not in any way stored by us.

Hence, LoudStand is not in control of the content found on third party hosted websites and cannot be held responsible for any content on these websites.

Organization’s logos usage

The logos of  of an organization, item, or event, and is protected by copyright. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images on the LoudStand app, not hosted in any of LoudStand servers, of logos for certain uses involving identification and critical commentary may qualify as fair use under the International Copyright Law. Any other uses of this image, on LoudStand app or elsewhere, may be copyright infringement. Certain commercial use of this image may also be trademark infringement. Use of the logos here does not imply endorsement of the organization by LoudStand, nor vice versa.

Rights holders

In case you are a holder of intellectual property rights related to any of the visual content on our app, we would like to help you protecting your rights. We can proceed with the elimination of any visual content directly from the host that is responsible for the content and that is being presented in the app, if it is your request to remove any content that you consider is infringing your rights. Therefore, we can make the pointed-out content non-searchable for our browsing engine meaning that LoudStand or any other search engine on the web may not provide links to the content in question that is hosted on third party websites.

In order to proceed with the removal of the visual content, please indicate the original location of the image/logo in question on the third party hosted website, so we can efficiently succeed with your request for removal of content.
